The fine-dining restaurant at la fontaine centre of contemporary art ensures an experience unlike any other. Instead of a simple activity, dining is treated as an art form, where every single detail is taken into consideration. The unmatched architecture is not the only aspect that makes la fontaine unique. The interior design, the menu, the soft lighting and even the cutlery have been created especially for the restaurant. The crisp white linen and sunlight streaming through the accordion-like large glass panes, that overlook the astounding hand made fountain, ensure a luminous and uplifting atmosphere. The outdoor dining area seats over 250 guests while the indoor dining area seats around a hundred guests in a cozy and yet virtually idyllic atmosphere, with a very French style, setting an earthy minimalist tone.

You can expect to taste the succulent dishes of exquisite international cuisine. Your mouth will water at the medley of flavors, colors, and textures that are present in each and every recipe.... All ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality... the fillets of beef, lamb and veal are lean with only 5 % fat content retaining a rich and sumptuous flavor. The fish, such as the delicious roasted Sea Brim is always fresh, brought in every morning. Even the sauces are hand made and contain no additives, preservatives, or flavoring powders. The restaurant is open for Breakfast, Executive Lunch, High Tea, and Dinner.
